10/5 and ongoing: Wells Fargo (East Asheville Tunnel Road, near library: 912 Tunnel Rd, Asheville, NC 28805). ATM truck set up outside the branch, available all hours.
Bank of America on Patton Ave one of two ATMs is working (9:45am 10/1, also was able to get money 10/2 around 1pm - note, there are actually 2 machines around the back - one under the drive-thru, and one under the BOA sign that is more visible, but only one line formed until others created a second, and we believe people got money out of both, 10/2)(10/3: both ATMS are operational as of 1130a)(10/4 6pm second atm in back under sign no longer dispensing cash)
